Rachel sophia Kruge

Rachel is a culinary professional working as a line chef at a Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant in New York City. Raised in Montclair, New Jersey, and the daughter of an Indian-Jewish immigrant, Rachel’s multi-cultural upbringing helped lay the foundation for food and its power to bridge communities and cultures. Rachel received her BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Pace University in 2017 and a Culinary Arts diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2021 with a concentration in health-supportive studies. Her experience includes working at restaurants in New York and Tel Aviv and roles at The Clio Awards, The Food Network, Cosmopolitan Magazine, and Zenith Media.

Ajay Wright

Ajay is a highly trained Chef that has experience in various different cuisines ranging from French, Greek, Italian, and Mediterranean. With a Caribbean background and over seven years of experience the sky’s the limit for what’s possible. Ajay has many private events under his belt. He has a passion to create art on a plate and making people smile. Experience includes working in michelin-stared restaurants in New York, Private Events, Food Network events, Time Out Market, and even traveling to Nantucket for events.
